Project Support Specialist IV, Level 4, 16.39 per hour

HR Training Support Functions: Enter training information into the Skills Tracking System (STS);

reconcile rosters and calendar to STS to prevent non-training hours recorded as training; prepare and

maintain course rosters through Skills Tracking System; audit STS, prepare discrepancy report, and

forward to Training personnel; prepare and provide accounting with training journal entries; prepare and

distribute various STS reports to Training Personnel; file rosters.

Learning Center: General knowledge of computers system and courses offered; provide employees with

access to CBT systems; Assist employees with logon and general system issues.

SLCC Support: Monthly prepare Training Invoicing (2 reports) due to SLCC on the 15th of each month;

Monthly Training Activitiy Report due to SLCC on the 15th of each month; quarterly provide Missouri

residents data to SLCC.

Provide ISO Consulting service to help develop new/old client business.
