| HR Training Support Functions: Enter training information into the Skills Tracking System (STS); |
| reconcile rosters and calendar to STS to prevent non-training hours recorded as training; prepare and |
| maintain course rosters through Skills Tracking System; audit STS, prepare discrepancy report, and |
| forward to Training personnel; prepare and provide accounting with training journal entries; prepare and |
| distribute various STS reports to Training Personnel; file rosters. |
| Learning Center: General knowledge of computers system and courses offered; provide employees with |
| access to CBT systems; Assist employees with logon and general system issues. |
| SLCC Support: Monthly prepare Training Invoicing (2 reports) due to SLCC on the 15th of each month; |
| Monthly Training Activitiy Report due to SLCC on the 15th of each month; quarterly provide Missouri |
| residents data to SLCC. |
