Team Development

Skill Building for Team Development - CBIL

 

Description:

This series of workshops contain nineteen modules that are designed to be customized and combined to meet the particular needs of your organization. The modules are based on a book by Ann and Bob Harper called Skill Building for Self-Directed Team Members - a Complete Course. These modules run between two and eight hours, varying by topic and the amount of customization involved. Each module can be used with the Harper book or customized to stand alone, and have specific performance based objectives that are achieved through interactive activities. The time for each module varies depending on the objectives selected and the level of the management team.
