Consulting, Training, and Operational Support for Bottom-Line ResultsFor nearly two decades, the Center for Business, Industry & Labor (CBIL), part of St. Louis Community College’s Workforce and Community Development (WCD) division, has provided St. Louis area business stakeholders with performance improvement, consulting, and training services.
We measure our success by the success of our clients. CBIL is the largest provider of on-target, on-demand and on-site training and consulting services in the St. Louis metropolitan area. Since 2000, we have trained over 30,000 individuals a year. Our department offers a wide variety of expertise in areas of computer training, customer service, documentation, eLearning, lean enterprise, management/team development and research. Our clients include some of the most recognized names in the St. Louis region:
