- Identify specific behaviors that can help them function more effectively in a diverse workplace.

Diversity in the Workplace is a rich learning experience that employs text, audio with multiple diverse voices, animation, and graphics to drive home the key points. Participants will interact with the program through knowledge checks, real-life scenarios, and survey questions. Throughout the program, participants are encouraged to look inside themselves to identify their personal filters and to be open to alternate ways of responding that might be more effective than their current methods.
